Workshop 19/50 Rack: Your Solution for Home Climbing Training

The rack is designed for people living in cramped conditions, such as rented accommodation, where hanging a board in a doorway isn’t possible. It is quick and easy to assemble and disassemble, and remains very stable when fully set up. All modern methods of physical training for climbing — including two-handed hangs, one-handed hangs with balance, pull-ups, and exercises with resistance bands — have been taken into account.

Key design features:

The removable headscarf has two holes. A pulley with a cord can be hung from the far hole, with a handle on one end of the cord and weights (not included) on the other. This setup is used for one-arm hangs and pull-ups. Moving the weight and handle away from the main working plane makes training much more comfortable than when the weight is directly aligned with it.

The second setup uses two pulleys: one on the near hole and one on the far hole. The near end of the cord is attached to the harness worn by the trainee. This configuration is used for lighter workouts, such as heavy grip hangs during interval training or rehabilitation after injury.

When the headscarf is removed, all openings on the back panel are accessible. The smaller openings (in the lower row) are used for hanging free-hanging devices, attaching counterweights, or fixing ropes or clips for Chris Webb Parsons-style training. The larger openings are for attaching resistance bands to assist with pull-ups.

The faceplate features numerous holes with captive M10 nuts, the same standard used on climbing walls. The board’s design allows you to use different fingerboards with self-tapping screws, or any other fasteners you need. The 100 cm panel width provides a wide grip and fits all fingerboards currently on the market.

The stand’s wide base is designed as a sewn box, giving the entire construction excellent rigidity and stability. A great deal of time and effort has gone into designing this system. I hope you enjoy it and that it helps you achieve your fitness goals.
