Refund policy

Shipping Information

We ship worldwide.
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–4 business days after payment is confirmed.

Estimated delivery time is typically between 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.


Taxes and Customs Duties
• European Union: Customers are responsible for paying VAT upon delivery. No customs duties are applied.
• United States & Canada: No VAT or customs duties are charged for orders under the de minimis threshold.
• United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Israel, Norway, Switzerland, and many others: Most orders are not subject to duties, but VAT/GST may apply depending on local regulations.
• Brazil, India, Turkey, and select countries: Local taxes or import duties may apply upon delivery.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only in cases of defective or damaged items.

If you simply changed your mind or no longer want the product, returns are not accepted unless there is a defect.


Return Shipping
• If the return is due to a defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.•    If the return is for any other reason (e.g. buyer’s remorse), the customer is responsible for return shipping.


Address & Delivery Issues
• If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, the original shipping cost will not be refunded, and a reshipping fee will be charged.
• If a customer refuses delivery or if the package is returned due to unpaid taxes or customs fees, shipping costs will not be refunded, but will be refunded for the product.
