All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–4 business days after payment is confirmed.

• European Union: Customers are responsible for paying VAT upon delivery. No customs duties are applied.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only in cases of defective or damaged items.
• If you simply changed your mind or no longer want the product, returns are not accepted unless there is a defect.

Return Shipping
• If the return is due to a defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.• If the return is for any other reason (e.g. buyer’s remorse), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Address & Delivery Issues
• If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, the original shipping cost will not be refunded, and a reshipping fee will be charged.
• If a customer refuses delivery or if the package is returned due to unpaid taxes or customs fees, shipping costs will not be refunded, but will be refunded for the product.
