Our story

Born in a small Siberian garage. Refined on the Aegean coast.

Workshop 19/50 was founded in 2017 in a tiny garage far out in Siberia. The name 19/50 comes from the number of that garage — the place where it all started. We didn’t set out with big plans or ambitions. We simply built climbing tools for ourselves: minimal, functional, and honest.

At first, it was just for us and a few friends. But soon, our products started finding their way to climbers across the world. From that small, cold space, Workshop 19/50 grew, reaching far beyond what we imagined.

Today, we’re based in a much warmer place — on the Aegean coast. But our values remain the same. We design and handcraft gear with the same hands that climb. No gimmicks. No unnecessary extras. Just clean lines, natural materials, and real friction.
